However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with our products or services, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and offer you our Peace of Mind policy.
Unused Balance Clause: If you have deposited any top-up payment or advance payment into your retailer/distributor account on GROOTS TECHNOLOGIES but have not utilized the amount for goods or services, you may request a refund after one month of deposit. Simply submit a refund request, and the balance amount will be refunded within 15 to 20 working days via the same source.
Return and Exchange: We offer a 3-day return and exchange policy for our entire product and service catalog. If any error or mishap occurs during the placement of the product from the date of acquisition to the complaint registration date, you may request a return or exchange. Please note that certain products or services, such as Bus Tickets, Flight Tickets, Mobile & DTH Recharge, and Hotel Booking, are only eligible for return and exchange when purchased directly from the GROOTS TECHNOLOGIES website.
Cancellation: If you prefer to cancel your product or service acquisition instead of opting for an exchange or return, please note the following policy norms:
- Cancellation requests must be made within a specific period of time, which varies depending on the product or service. The maximum period for making a cancellation request is 7 days and depends on the nature of the product or service.
- Certain products and services, such as mobile & DTH recharge, data card recharge, insurance premium payment, and utility bill payment, are not eligible for cancellation and refund.
- Third-party products and services accessed through our interface are also non-refundable upon cancellation.
- Cancellation and refund requests must be made through our official support email or by contacting our support center.
- The refund process may take up to 7 days to complete, and you are advised to stay in touch with your bank for updates on the refunded amount.
- Partial or full refunds are subject to company policy on specific products and services.
Note: All sales of Recharge are final, and no refund or exchange is permitted. GROOTS TECHNOLOGIES is not responsible for any purchases made for an incorrect mobile number or DTH account number. However, if a transaction is completed but the Recharge is not delivered within 24 hours, you may be entitled to a full refund. Please contact us with the necessary details, and we will investigate and process the refund within 7 working days.
