2. Unused Balance Refund

If you have deposited funds into your retailer/distributor account but have not utilized them:

  • You may request a refund after 30 days from the date of deposit.

  • Refunds will be processed within 15 to 20 working days to the original payment source.

3. Return and Exchange Policy

We offer a 3-day return and exchange window for most products and services.

Eligible Scenarios:

  • Errors or issues during order placement

  • Product/service not as described

  • Damaged or defective goods (digital or physical)

Conditions:

  • The complaint must be registered within 3 days from the date of acquisition.

  • Returns or exchanges are only applicable for purchases made directly on the GrootsPay website.

Non-returnable Products/Services:

  • Mobile & DTH Recharges

  • Hotel Bookings

  • Any service from a third-party provider


4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel eligible orders within the allowable cancellation window:

  • Cancellation requests must be made within 7 days from the date of transaction or acquisition, depending on the product/service.

5. Refund Policy

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 7 working days after approval.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

  • For bank-related delays, we recommend contacting your bank for further assistance.

Partial or Full Refunds:

Refund amounts depend on the product or service and the reason for cancellation or return. GrootsPay reserves the right to approve or reject partial/full refunds.

Recharge Failures:

  • All recharge sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed if an incorrect number or account ID is provided.

  • However, if the recharge is not delivered within 24 hours despite a successful transaction, a full refund will be issued after review.
